- Pre-sales or solutions architecture experience (enterprise-level SaaS or EdTech)
- Strong knowledge of K-12 systems integrations (SIS, LMS, assessment tools)
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience designing integration architectures and leading POCs
- Familiarity with data security and privacy best practices in education
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales to gather technical and business requirements and translate them into product solutions
- Lead technical discovery and analyze district systems (SIS, LMS, assessment platforms) for integration
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proposals that communicate platform value and architecture
- Design high-level and detailed architectures aligned to client objectives and technical environments
- Run technical proof-of-concepts and pilots, ensuring smooth handoffs to Implementation and Engineering
- Advise prospects on security, data flow, and integration considerations within their ecosystem
- Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and product improvements
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to sales team members
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Equivalent professional experience considered in lieu of degree
