Enterprise Account Executive - Remote (Central US)

Pallet builds AI Agents to automate logistics workflows and increase supply-chain efficiency. They seek an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to own net-new enterprise acquisition across the Central US, run complex multi-threaded sales cycles, and help define the enterprise playbook for a fast-growing, well-funded startup.

Skills

  • 8+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS or enterprise logistics sales
  • Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals
  • Strong solution-selling, value-mapping, and consultative selling skills
  • Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and complex buying committees
  • Executive presence with COOs, CIOs, VPs of Ops and IT
  • Ability to build measurable business cases tied to operations and financial impact
  • Disciplined outbound operator with strong pipeline hygiene and self-sourcing skills
  • Baseline understanding of LLM/AI or demonstrated aptitude to learn technical platforms quickly

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle enterprise sales from outbound to close and drive net-new logo acquisition across the assigned region
  • Self-source at least 30% of opportunities and maintain a 3x–4x qualified pipeline
  • Run consultative, workflow-driven discovery to map operator pain to Pallet use cases
  • Advance 5–7 enterprise deals to late stage within the first six months and build executive-level champions
  • Build CFO-ready business cases, scope pilots, and run ROI modeling and structured evaluations
  • Document repeatable deal patterns, use cases, and expansion opportunities to inform GTM strategy
  • Partner closely with SDRs, Product, Engineering, and Solutions to tailor enterprise evaluations and deployments

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Willingness to learn logistics industry concepts quickly if not already experienced
