Enterprise Account Executive - New York

PagerDuty is a leading provider of digital operations management and an AI-powered operations cloud trusted by large enterprises. We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to balance new logo acquisition and strategic expansion within existing enterprise accounts (targeting organizations with $500M+ revenue), driving multi-product SaaS sales and long-term customer value in a remote U.S. role.

Skills

  • 8+ years field sales experience, preferably in SaaS or software
  • 4+ years managing and expanding existing accounts
  • Proven enterprise account experience selling to $500M+, Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers
  • Experience selling multi-product SaaS solutions
  • Track record of closing new business and meeting/exceeding quota
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger or similar sales methodologies
  • Ability and willingness to travel ~30%

Responsibilities

  • Execute value-based selling to address prospect and customer pain points with tailored PagerDuty solutions
  • Prospect and acquire new logos while nurturing and expanding existing enterprise accounts (12–20 key accounts)
  • Manage complex, multi-product sales cycles and coordinate cross-functional resources to close deals
  • Engage senior executives (VP+) to align initiatives and secure executive sponsorship
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Leverage inbound/outbound prospecting, marketing, alliances, and BDR programs to qualify opportunities
  • Document qualification, next steps, and value using frameworks such as MEDDICC and COM

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required
