We’re a fast-growing, profitable, network-effects-driven business with a repeatable demand-generation and sales motion, and we’re looking for an Account Executive to help us scale.

We’ve built a high-velocity demand engine with healthy inbound interest, and now we’re looking for a hungry, resourceful seller to own full-cycle pipeline creation and conversion. You’ll own both outbound prospecting and inbound leads, driving opportunities from first touch through to close and making a measurable impact on growth.
Tech stack: Outreach.io, Apollo, LinkedIn automation tools, cold-calling tools (e.g. Nooks AI).

Close deals.
Manage full sales cycle: outreach → qualify → demo → proof of concept → negotiate → close.
Source outbound leads and qualify and convert inbound leads.
Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach and sales strategy based on what works.
Approach challenges with resourcefulness and persistence; find creative solutions when things don’t go according to plan.
2-3 years of sales experience, especially in roles with significant outbound prospecting.
Competitive and confident, you believe you can win and you go after it.
Self-driven and resourceful.
Low-ego, team-oriented: collaborate well, support others, and share wins.
Comfortable with change and ambiguity — flexible, nimble, and capable of adjusting quickly.

Pay Transparency Notice:
Full time offers from Office Hours also include target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
Salary range: $75,000-90,000, based on seniority and relevant experience.
Full OTE (Salary + Bonus): $150,000-200,000
This is a hybrid role, in our San Francisco office 3 days per week.
