Job Description

Haile Gold Mine located in South Carolina is the largest gold mine on the East Coast of America. Our employees are at the heart of all we do. We are currently seeking a Business Partner – Data & Analytics to join our People and Culture team. You will play a vital role in the success of our team by optimizing the delivery of HR data, systems, and analytics solutions that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization. This role ensures the integrity and effective use of our HRIS (SuccessFactors) platform, champions data governance, drives insights through people analytics to enhance workforce planning, employee experience, and HR process improvement. You will also play a key role in our payroll, rewards and mobility processes.

This role does require you to be on site Monday to Friday. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience with a strong focus on HR systems, analytics, and payroll processing. Overall understanding of HR lifecycle processes and their system integration points.
  • Strong knowledge of proficiency in reporting and analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI.
  • Expert level of data accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT and data governance.
