Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.
The Manager of Talent Strategy & Development will support NBCUniversal News Group’s efforts to grow and retain top on-air talent across platforms. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners, this role will help execute key talent initiatives and provide operational support in identifying, tracking, and developing on-air talent in a rapidly evolving media environment.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of news content and programming across both digital and linear platforms, and a keen eye for identifying emerging talent. They are highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of discretion.

Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 (bonus eligible)
