MV Transportation is looking to hire a Labor Relations Manager to help administer and facilitate work contracts between unions, employees, and managers. Common tasks include guiding managers and supervisors through the collective bargaining agreement ensuring compliance, mediating communication between union leaders and company managers dealing with complaints and grievance prevention, coordination and oversight of labor relations management meetings, and grievance management from receipt through resolution. Labor relations specialists must have a firm understanding of legal contract language that governs relations between managers and employees.
