- Analytical skills to produce and interpret people metrics and reports

- High level of confidentiality, organization, and ability to prioritize multiple projects
Responsibilities
- Manage leave processes, PTO administration, and employee inquiries related to time off and leaves of absence
- Support benefits administration, utilization reporting, and employee benefits questions
- Maintain and improve HR systems (HRIS, payroll support, ATS) and keep employee data accurate
- Partner on people analytics and produce regular HR metrics and insights for decision-making
- Develop and maintain knowledge management (Confluence) resources, policies, handbooks, and org charts
- Support compliance needs including audits and required reporting
- Serve as first point of contact for employee questions and provide timely, thoughtful support
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities: job postings, sourcing, initial screens, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Contribute to sourcing strategies and ensure a positive, values-aligned candidate experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent professional experience
- HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus
