Enterprise Account Executive, Networks

Motive provides an AI-driven fleet operations platform that unifies safety, operations, and finance for physical operations across industries. We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive, Networks to lead corporate-level relationships and guide teams selling into distributed, long-tail networks (franchises, portfolio companies, independent contractors) to drive adoption and revenue across complex enterprise accounts.

Skills

  • Enterprise SaaS sales and complex deal experience
  • Team leadership and coaching across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience with franchise/channel/long-tail network account models
  • Knowledge of telematics, logistics or fleet management (preferred)
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and pipeline forecasting
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
  • Data-driven decision making and KPI tracking
  • Consultative selling and contract negotiation

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Account Executives focused on prospecting, account planning, pipeline reviews and hitting revenue targets across distributed account networks
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Business Ops, Account Management and Marketing to coordinate pre- and post-sale activities and technical discovery
  • Build and nurture corporate-level champions and network-level relationships to accelerate contractual and adoption outcomes
  • Track, analyze, and report team performance against KPIs; provide coaching to meet short- and long-term goals
  • Drive a high-performance, accountable sales culture and partner with Sales Enablement on training programs
  • Ensure consistent use of CRM and sales operations tools for pipeline planning, forecasting and sales execution
  • Continuously learn market trends and Motive’s platform to provide consultative insights and feedback into product and strategy
  • Identify and resolve operational and sales obstacles through critical thinking and cross-functional coordination

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant fields (business, engineering, logistics) preferred
