We are seeking a VP of Business Development to spearhead our regional expansion and establish us as the trusted partner for financial institutions and fintechs across Latin America (LATAM). This high-impact role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
Reporting to the Head of Americas, you will own the go-to-market strategy in LATAM, driving significant revenue growth and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). You will act as the senior representative in key markets, responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and closing high-value enterprise deals. You will need resilience, strong technical credibility, and an ability to navigate complex sales cycles with banks, enterprises, and regulators.
