Who We Are Looking For

We're searching for a highly driven, detail-oriented, and experienced leader in the landscaping or related construction fields. The ideal candidate will possess the entrepreneurial spirit to lead and significantly grow this business, combining design sensibility with operational rigor. This role requires a hands-on approach to strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership.

Essential Qualifications

• Industry Leadership: 7+ years of comprehensive experience in the landscaping, irrigation, or outdoor construction industry, with a proven track record of managing and scaling residential operations.

• Operational Excellence: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with all core service lines, including landscape construction, irrigation system design/installation, and crew management of a large workforce (40+ employees).

• Technical & Design Acumen: Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, construction methods (e.g., retention walls, drainage), and innovative lighting/irrigation technology.

• Business Development Acumen: Demonstrated success in client relationship management, securing new design/build projects, estimating, and a strong ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities in the residential sector.

• Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and motivating large teams of designers, construction crews, and irrigation technicians, fostering a productive work environment and ensuring high standards of craftsmanship.

• Financial & Business Management: Significant experience in small business management, including budgeting, financial analysis, P&L responsibility, and strategic planning to maximize profitability.

• Regulatory Understanding: A solid understanding of local building codes, water management regulations, safety standards (OSHA), and licensing requirements relevant to landscaping and irrigation.
