- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets for modeling and analysis

- Process documentation and change management
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain core sales operations processes including territory management, sales hierarchy, and headcount workflows
- Manage enablement and documentation for GTM processes and sales systems (Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo)
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to ensure consistent and accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
- Develop dashboards and analyses to surface insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, productivity, and coverage
- Support annual and quarterly territory, quota, and segmentation planning using ICP and account potential modeling
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations and present findings to GTM leadership
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
