Sales Operations Specialist - Renewals (Remote - Mid-Atlantic)

GuidePoint Security is a rapidly growing, privately-held information security value-added reseller that supports Fortune 500 and government customers. The Sales Operations Renewals Specialist will manage renewal opportunities, generate quotes, maintain Salesforce opportunities, and act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely renewals and accurate forecasting across the Mid‑Atlantic region.

  • Basic margin/discount math and percentage calculations
  • Pipeline analysis and forecasting
  • Vendor and partner relationship management
  • Time management and multitasking

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage renewal opportunities to deliver renewals 70–90 days before expiration.
  • Use Salesforce to generate quotes, track opportunities, and process orders.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries and provide customer-facing support.
  • Suggest pricing and payment solutions that balance customer needs and company policies.
  • Assist Account Executives to identify ways to increase renewal profitability.
  • Serve as a liaison among customers, vendors, and GuidePoint outside sales executives.
  • Maintain knowledge of information security products, vendors, and industry trends.
  • Attend regional forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis to ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Accounting, and Contracts to process and track requests.
  • Manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines while ensuring follow-through.

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate degree or technical school preferred
