SMB Product Sales Specialist

Appspace builds workplace experience software and is seeking an entrepreneurial SMB Product Sales Specialist to drive sales of its Employee Communications solution. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, upselling existing accounts, working closely with channel partners, and collaborating cross-functionally to grow pipeline and close deals.

Skills

  • Proven SaaS selling experience, ideally in IT/hardware/software/networking environments
  • Strong presentation and demo skills for technical and business audiences
  • Experience with partner/channel sales models
  • Skilled in pipeline development, qualification, negotiation, and closing
  • Proficiency with enterprise CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Business acumen and ability to apply financial reasoning to opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Drive Appspace Employee Comms sales for assigned territory, targeting new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
  • Partner with strategic technology and channel partners to plan and execute joint business initiatives
  • Present and demo Appspace Employee Comms capabilities to buyers and partners
  • Develop and execute territory business plans and pipeline generation activities
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, IT) to progress opportunities
  • Forecast pipeline and report on territory performance and opportunities
  • Negotiate deals using a win/win approach and close opportunities to meet quota
  • Represent Appspace at partner meetings, trade shows, events, and conferences

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required; Business or Computer Science/IT preferred
