Responsibilities
- Drive full desk recruiting as a project leader, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the hiring process.
- Conduct thorough initial candidate screens using carefully crafted interview questions tailored to role requirements.
- Act as talent advisor and coach to hiring managers to maintain high talent standards and structured interview processes.
- Manage difficult conversations with hiring teams using data and metrics to set realistic expectations.
- Continuously improve the recruiting process to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
