Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars across multiple time zones and business units including global travel and meetings.
- Proactively anticipate leadership needs and provide solutions with minimal supervision.
- Handle correspondence, route inquiries, and support department meetings and culture initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new team members and manage office supplies and expense reports.
- Support international travel arrangements and visa documentation in partnership with the immigration team.
- Act as a trusted partner to the KFC US Leadership Team and other Executive Assistants.
Education
- Preferred Bachelor's degree.
