ALSO is seeking our first dedicated GTM & Operations Recruiter to partner directly with our leadership team in placing our earliest functional hires and building the future team.
What You Will Do
Drive weekly leadership syncs with stakeholders, focused on sourcing strategy and pipeline health, ensuring priority roles are maintaining momentum.
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team goals.
Build and manage strong pipelines of high-caliber candidates across G&A, GTM and Operations using advanced search techniques and tools.
Proactively identify market trends, talent pools, and competitive intel to inform search strategies.
Screen, schedule, interview, de-brief, coach interviewers, manage feedback loops and keep candidates informed—every step, every time.
Track pipeline data, outreach metrics, and sourcing performance to drive continuous improvement.
Deliver compelling offers using employer brand and growing value, negotiate compensation in partnership with VP of People and VP of Finance.
What You Bring
Experience partnering directly with leaders and hiring managers in an early stage tech start-up with rapid growth.
5+ years full-cycle recruiting (in-house, RPO or agency) with 2+ years focused on G&A and GTM/Operations roles in an early high-growth product or tech environment.
Demonstrated success filling Director- to IC-level roles across Finance, Legal, People, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, BizOps.
Proven command of sourcing tools and ATS best practices.
Track record hitting aggressive SLAs
Comfortable advising execs on compensation, leveling and market data; can negotiate complex equity packages with confidence.
Data-literate: you use dashboards to spot funnel friction fast, and test process tweaks for continuous improvement.
Nice to have: international hiring experience.
Given the highly-collaborative nature of this role and required proximity to our most senior leaders, this role is expected to be onsite in our Palo Alto office with occasional travel (~10%) to our other offices as needed.
The salary for this position ranges from $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
