Senior Director, Talent Acquisition

Later is a leader in social media and influencer marketing software and services, trusted by top brands worldwide. We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to scale our recruiting function in a high-growth environment, collaborating across HR and leadership to build scalable people practices.

Skills

  • Progressive experience across full-cycle talent acquisition in high-growth tech companies.
  • Leadership experience managing and scaling recruiting teams.
  • Expertise in proactive sourcing and referral programs targeting passive candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of US and Canadian employment legislation and compliance.
  • Advanced Applicant Tracking System administration (Greenhouse).
  • Ability to build effective processes and training to improve hiring competency.
  • Excellent relationship and executive influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a proactive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and growth forecasts.
  • Lead, coach, and scale the Talent Acquisition team to deliver a high-quality, inclusive hiring experience across all functions.
  • Own senior-level and complex searches including succession planning to build leadership capacity.
  • Utilize talent analytics to inform workforce planning and measure recruiting effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for recruiting and HR workflows.
  • Collaborate with People Ops to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance.
  • Partner on initiatives that enhance engagement, culture, and retention.

Education

  • Relevant higher education degree preferred (not explicitly required).
