Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a proactive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and growth forecasts.
- Lead, coach, and scale the Talent Acquisition team to deliver a high-quality, inclusive hiring experience across all functions.
- Own senior-level and complex searches including succession planning to build leadership capacity.
- Utilize talent analytics to inform workforce planning and measure recruiting effectiveness.
- Identify and implement process improvements for recruiting and HR workflows.
- Collaborate with People Ops to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance.
- Partner on initiatives that enhance engagement, culture, and retention.
