Senior Corporate Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team and play a key role in building our Charlotte headquarters. You’ll be responsible for hiring top talent across a wide range of functions—including finance, accounting, operations, marketing, engineering, human resources, and more—as we scale rapidly. What You’ll Do:

• Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and implement tailored recruitment strategies.

• Source and engage a diverse pipeline of candidates through job boards, social media, talent communities, and networking events.

• Apply a strong eye for talent to assess resumes and conduct initial screens, identifying high-potential candidates early in the process.

• Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle to deliver a seamless, efficient, and positive experience.

• Collaborate with hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarking, and talent pipeline development.

• Drive process improvements and contribute to building scalable recruitment best practices across the team.

• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting our culture and values in every candidate interaction.

• Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness and continuously optimize efforts.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth or scaling company.

• Demonstrated success recruiting across a wide range of corporate functions (e.g., marketing, finance, operations, HR).

• Strong sourcing skills and comfort with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

• High level of adaptability, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset in a fast-evolving environment.

• A passion for talent acquisition and a continuous improvement mindset—motivated to build, scale, and innovate.
