Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 per year, plus benefits
Key Duties:
- Provide virtual therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Utilize evidence-based approaches to address mental health challenges.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure well-rounded care.
- Maintain clear and compliant clinical documentation.
- Help clients connect with essential mental health resources.
- A master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- An active LPCC license in California.
- At least two years of clinical experience.
- Strong communication skills and comfort with telehealth platforms.
