Learning Without Tears is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to enhance the sales team's performance through effective training and resource management.
Responsibilities: Design and improve onboarding and training programs, collaborate with Sales Leadership on skills gaps, manage an enablement database, and facilitate training sessions to empower the sales team.
Skills: Strong communication, project management, understanding of sales processes and CRM systems, experience with sales training and enablement technology.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement or related roles, demonstrated training program development, and familiarity with Salesforce.
Location: Cabin John, MD, US
Compensation: $80 - $90 / Annually

The Sales Enablement Specialist Role
The Sales Enablement Specialist ensures that the sales organization is equipped with the right tools, training, resources, and systems to perform at their best. This role is responsible for building and maintaining an enablement program that streamlines onboarding, enhances ongoing development, and ensures every sales team member has what they need to be successful.
Working closely with Sales Operations, Product, Marketing, and Sales Leadership, this individual will develop strategies and processes that simplify how sales teams access information, utilize tools, and engage prospects. The ideal candidate is a systems-minded, highly organized professional who blends strong communication skills with a deep understanding of sales process, learning, and technology.
