Edmentum is looking for a Careers Solutions Director to lead and innovate in the field of career-connected learning, focusing on revenue growth and strategic partnerships in K-12 education.
Responsibilities: Drive ambitious sales targets, develop market strategies, empower sales teams, analyze market trends, and represent Edmentum at industry events.
Skills: Sales expertise in K-12 education or SaaS, strong communication, coaching, and management skills, ability to build relationships within school districts, analytical and strategic thinking.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field; Master's preferred; 5+ years of successful sales experience; proven experience with complex sales cycles and scalable sales programs.
Location: This position is based in the United States, with travel required as needed.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $120,000 - $180,000.
