VP of Training and Revenue Enablement (Hybrid)

They are seeking a VP of Training and Revenue Enablement to lead the strategy and execution of training programs, foster continuous learning, and align initiatives with business goals to drive sales excellence and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement annual training and enablement strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to drive productivity transformation initiatives.
  • Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing training and enablement team.
  • Represent the division at executive meetings ensuring alignment of training initiatives with business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to design onboarding and ongoing training plans.
  • Lead the execution and continuous improvement of onboarding, training, and product rollout programs.
  • Manage implementation and adoption of learning management systems and training technologies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, integrating leadership and compliance training.
  • Audit training tools, identify gaps, and oversee development of new or improved resources.
  • Evaluate and manage technology stack supporting revenue teams.
  • Oversee content management system and revenue communications.
  • Establish metrics to measure training effectiveness and business impact, adapting curricula as needed.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required.
