- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, integrating leadership and compliance training.
- Audit training tools, identify gaps, and oversee development of new or improved resources.
- Evaluate and manage technology stack supporting revenue teams.
- Oversee content management system and revenue communications.
- Establish metrics to measure training effectiveness and business impact, adapting curricula as needed.
