We work with people of all ages at home, at work, and in the community through residential programs, employment services, crisis response, day services and more.


Benchmark Human Services Corporate office is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to contribute to the company’s mission to serve others by recruiting and hiring qualified staff. This is a full-time, remote position. Some travel required for training, job fairs, and conferences when applicable.

General Responsibilities:

  • Post recruitment ads utilizing various recruitment resources/tools to attract applicants
  • Conduct resume searches
  • Maintain an updated staffing needs list for each service line
  • Conduct phone interviews with candidates
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Meet hiring goals utilizing reports and maintaining communication with locations and managers

Knowledge + Skills:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skill with an emphasis on telephone etiquette and salesmanship
  • Customer service skills
  • Creative thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • Experience with professional licensed roles (LCSW, BCBA, RN, LPN) preferred
  • Experience recruiting in the healthcare industry preferred
  • Experience with an HRIS/ATS preferred 
  • Valid driver’s license
