YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You manage global training programs in the LMS, ensuring accurate participant assignments and data maintenance
• You coordinate training logistics, including registrations, scheduling, and venue setup across global training centers
• You support learners by resolving access issues and guiding them through system navigation and training inquiries
• You collaborate with program managers and local teams to ensure seamless program delivery and execution
• You generate and track training reports and KPIs to monitor program effectiveness and compliance
• You perform daily LMS administration tasks, including course setup, user role management, and certification tracking

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have 1 to 2 years of experience in HR/Training administration, ideally in an international or multi-country environment
• Education You have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Technical Proficiency You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and you are quick to learn and adapt to LMS and software tools
• Soft Skills You demonstrate meticulous attention to detail while ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, and bring strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Commitment to Excellence You possess an ability to manage global training programs and logistics while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
• Self-Motivation & Reliability You work autonomously, take full ownership of your projects, and consistently deliver results with a proactive, dependable mindset
