The Technical Business Case Intern role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Sales Engineering department at KnowBe4, focusing on business value assessments and competitive intelligence within the cybersecurity sector.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include researching and analyzing business value assessments, compiling competitive intelligence reports, shadowing Sales Engineers, and supporting the development of presentation materials and templates.
Skills: Candidates should have a background in business, cybersecurity, or related fields, alongside strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also required.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include experience in technical sales or business analysis. Relevant academic research experience is advantageous.
Location: The position is based in Clearwater, Florida, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring in-office presence 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday).
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $15 - $25.
This position is a hybrid role open to candidates in the greater Tampa Bay area. This position will require the intern to work in our Clearwater, FL office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday).
