The Account Executive (Enterprise/Strategic) position is a remote role focused on managing customer accounts and driving sales of KnowBe4's security awareness training solutions to enterprise clients.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include promoting products, closing new business, building customer pipelines, and maintaining relationships with prospects while achieving monthly sales targets.
Skills: Candidates should have a proven sales track record, experience selling software, and familiarity with IT security concepts; excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 3 years of software sales experience, and familiarity with Salesforce and IT security practices; Security Plus certification is a plus.
Location: This is a fully remote position, part of the US office based in Austin, Texas.
Compensation: $200000 - $210000 / Annually

The Account Executive (Enterprise/Strategic) position is responsible for managing the customer accounts they’re assigned and maximizing all sales opportunities within those accounts. More specifically, this position will be charged with promoting and selling KnowBe4’s products and services to enterprise sized businesses (organizations with 1501+ employees), with the objective to achieve and exceed monthly sales quota. This can be achieved by targeting new business as well as reactivating dark (lapsed) customer accounts.
