KAYAK is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (4-month contract) to join their small but global and dynamic team. This role will function as a key advisor to our all KAYAK departments, responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
This role will be required to work from our Cambridge and/or Concord, Massachusetts offices at least 3 days per week. This contract will start in January and continue through April, with a potential extension through June.
Manage full-cycle global recruitment from kickoff and innovative sourcing through offer, with a heavy emphasis on hiring for Product, Design, Commercial, Marketing, and Engineering roles.
Establish strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on market trends, talent availability, and best practices
Design structured, role-specific interview plans and scorecards; drive inclusive hiring practices and ensure equitable, consistent evaluation across panels.
Build and nurture proactive pipelines and talent communities for near-term and future needs.
Be a KAYAK brand ambassador for our fastest‑growing business unit, delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
5+ years of proven recruiting experience in a fast-paced, global recruitment environment, including at least 3 years of in-house experience
A strong ability to use data to track processes and identify areas for improvement
Strong understanding of recruitment process, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices
The ability to work autonomously in an innovative fast-evolving environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Excellent communication skills with internal partners and external candidates, strong collaboration skills across a distributed team
Proficiency in Ashby (our ATS) & LinkedIn Recruiter

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this Massachusetts based role is $40.00 - 45.00 per hour.
