Working under the direction of the Talent Development & Partnerships Director, the Talent Development & Partnerships Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing City Year Jacksonville’s mission by leading AmeriCorps Member recruitment, partnership cultivation, and member development strategies across Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. This position combines relationship management, strategic outreach and communications, and talent development to ensure a strong AmeriCorps cohort and exceptional member experience.
The TDPM works collaboratively with the national City Year recruitment team, local schools, colleges, employers, and community organizations to build robust pipelines of future leaders committed to service. Throughout the service year, the TDPM supports AmeriCorps member engagement, professional growth, and transition into meaningful post-service opportunities, including education, public service, and private sector careers.
By bridging recruitment, talent development, and partnership functions, this role strengthens City Year Jacksonville’s ability to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent—directly fueling the success of students, schools, and the greater Jacksonville community.
