Vice President of Sales

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead business development and drive revenue growth nationwide. This strategic role involves selling innovative solutions to law firms, corporations, and government clients, while developing long-term relationships and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will combine industry expertise, consultative sales skills, and a results-driven mindset to exceed sales targets. They will work closely with executive leadership to align sales strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment are essential for success.


Accountabilities:
  • Lead national sales efforts for products and services across law firms, corporations, and government entities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Deliver sales proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
  • Maintain high levels of prospecting, client outreach, and in-person engagement to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and company objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities to inform sales strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, service implementation, and ongoing relationship management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field; JD or Paralegal background preferred.
  • Proven track record in selling SaaS, eDiscovery, or technology solutions to corporate or legal clients.
  • Strong ability to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to understand client challenges and deliver solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Office 365 applications.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a remote sales team if applicable, and travel as needed.
