Strategic Account Manager (Remote - US)

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, nurturing strong partnerships and ensuring their long-term success. This role combines business acumen with relationship-building, working cross-functionally to deliver solutions that drive value and retention. You'll be responsible for account strategy, revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction while navigating evolving needs. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment and is passionate about delivering impactful results.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain deep, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders through regular meetings, reviews, and proactive communication.
  • Drive account growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and optimizing underutilized product features.
  • Create, execute, and monitor strategic account plans focused on client success, retention, and revenue expansion.
  • Serve as the escalation point for client issues, working cross-functionally to resolve concerns and close feedback loops.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver client projects, manage implementations, and ensure contractual commitments are met.
  • Track industry trends and client-specific insights to inform strategic recommendations and account direction.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and documentation in Salesforce and other tools, including forecasting, proposals, and presentations.
  • Support RFP processes and ensure timely contract renewals and change orders.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record in client success, account management, or strategic partnership roles, preferably in SaaS or digital health.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a focus on client advocacy.
  • Ability to work across departments and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with account planning tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet revenue goals, manage renewals, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Capable of preparing professional reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Comfortable with periodic travel and remote work requirements.
