Accountabilities:

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered conversation automation solutions.
• Engage with customers and end-users to capture insights and translate them into product enhancements and new features.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to deliver innovative, high-value solutions.
• Design, execute, and monitor experiments to validate product decisions and measure business outcomes.
• Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify opportunities and maintain product leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company, ensuring alignment and seamless execution of product strategies.
• Turn high-level strategies into actionable plans and ensure delivery of high-quality product experiences.

• 5+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to dive deep into execution details.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making, including defining KPIs and tracking product performance.
• Experience structuring unstructured work, developing strategies, and adapting to change in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Nice-to-have: 1+ years of AI/ML product experience, startup experience, or exposure to highly ambiguous, technically complex projects.
