This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer with strong expertise in B2B demand generation and account-based marketing. You will own multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline growth, ROI, and customer engagement across strategic accounts. Collaborating closely with sales, product, and customer success teams, you will design and optimize marketing initiatives that align with business objectives. This position allows you to take full ownership of the buyer journey, develop innovative campaigns, and measure success using data-driven insights. The role operates in a dynamic, high-growth environment where creativity, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration are key to success.

Accountabilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize demand generation campaigns to grow the sales pipeline and achieve measurable ROI.
  • Own the buyer journey from defining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to converting pipeline into revenue.
  • Develop and execute targeted account-based marketing (ABM) strategies across multiple channels including email, content, social, and paid campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to expand existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage multi-channel lead generation efforts, including top-of-funnel educational campaigns and product-centric launches.
  • Leverage SEO expertise to optimize keyword strategies and create high-converting landing pages.
  • Partner with product marketing teams to ensure campaigns reflect product value and resonate with target audiences.
  • Create compelling marketing content, email cadences, and communications throughout the buyer’s journey.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategy, forecast results, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate across creative and analytical teams, demonstrating proficiency with marketing technology platforms and campaign analysis.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing with a strong focus on pipeline and ROI.
  • Proven track record managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns (organic and paid).
  • Deep understanding of ABM strategies and success in targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to integrate product marketing insights into demand generation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and forecast campaign results.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social media, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics. Experience with Gong is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Preferred: Experience in SaaS/tech sectors and familiarity with residential property management, condominiums, HOAs, or proptech.
  • Hourly Rate: $40–$42 per hour (contract position).
  • Contract Duration: 4 months, approximately 30–40 hours per week.
  • Remote work flexibility.
