We are seeking a results-driven Mid-Market Sales Manager to drive growth and expansion in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role focuses on acquiring new accounts, growing existing relationships, and delivering measurable revenue impact across assigned territories. You will engage with key stakeholders, including executives and operational teams, to understand their challenges and position solutions that deliver tangible business value. The position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with internal teams, apply strategic sales methodologies, and contribute directly to the company’s expansion in the North American market. You will also leverage data-driven insights to optimize territory performance and account strategies while promoting a customer-centric culture.

Accountabilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through market research, cold outreach, networking, and targeted campaigns to build a strong pipeline.
  • Engage with decision-makers using value-based selling methodologies, including MEDDPICC, to align solutions with customer business needs.
  • Conduct tailored product presentations and demonstrations, effectively showcasing solutions to C-level executives, fleet managers, and procurement teams.
  • Develop and execute territory strategies to win new business, expand existing accounts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and renewals.
  • Negotiate pricing and business terms to maximize value for both the customer and the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including sales engineers, product specialists, and operations—to address customer needs and ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales opportunities, forecasts, and account activity in CRM systems to drive predictable business outcomes.
  • Champion the customer voice internally and uphold a culture of compliance, safety, and customer-centricity.
  • 3+ years exceeding software or SaaS annual recurring revenue quotas in a direct sales role, consistently ranking at the top of performance.
  • Proven track record of managing full sales cycles, from prospecting to closing six-figure deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executives and key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Expertise in discovering customer pain points, mapping solutions, and quantifying ROI to justify investments.
  • Highly proficient in outbound prospecting and building strong client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to prioritize multiple opportunities while working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
