Manager, Strategic Relationship Executives

This leadership role offers the chance to shape and elevate a team central to the company’s growth engine. You'll manage Strategic Relationship Executives responsible for client retention and account expansion, primarily within the commercial healthcare segment. This is a high-impact opportunity to define account strategies, drive operational excellence, and foster talent in a fast-growing SaaS environment. Cross-functional collaboration and a coaching mindset are essential to ensuring success in a role that balances strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Strategic Relationship Executives focused on retaining and growing commercial client accounts.
  • Define and implement a clear vision for account strategies including forecasting, risk management, and growth initiatives.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex client concerns and high-value opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Client Success, Product Innovation, and Marketing to deliver strong value realization.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline oversight and revenue forecasting with precision and accountability.
  • Create scalable systems for account planning, lead development, and internal team alignment.
  • Champion a culture of coaching and development across the sales team, especially for early-career talent.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS sales or account management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Background in managing both post-sale relationship teams and pipeline generation strongly preferred.
  • Proven success guiding cross-functional teams in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise healthcare buying cycles and market dynamics is highly desirable.
  • Skilled in using CRM and sales enablement platforms such as HubSpot, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent communicator with strong leadership, coaching, and strategic problem-solving abilities.
