Director, Sales Operations, Readiness & GTM Operationalization (Office: Nashville, TN)
The Director of Sales Operations, GTM & Readiness leads the team responsible for the Annual and ongoing GTM operational planning for the North America Region. This includes guiding the NAR cross functional teams through the establishment of the essential GTM planning and enablement activities that result in the ability to properly track and compensate the Sales teams. This role involves leading projects to enhance the commissions team by introducing new sales incentive measures, managing the planning and execution processes including policy exceptions and forecasting, and applying deep knowledge of GTM setup's effects on downstream systems and sales incentive spending.
Your role:
Deployment and management of the process by which compensation policy enforcement and exceptions are approved and executed, including special programs.
Lead team responsible for Territory Management process and tooling acting as owner of the source of truth for account ownership which drives all reporting and sales incentive execution
Collaborates with the commissions execution team and internal audit to ensure that the proper controls are being completed and documented as required each month. Act as lead to enable all analysis to support controls requirements
Proactively monitor and analyze commissions payout performance and collaborate with finance team to drive accurate commissions forecast.
Establish design and operationalize the capability for new requirements for compensation plans partnering with the Sales Incentive IT team.
You're the right fit if:
10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, including leadership roles for at least 5 years, with familiarity in tools for territory management and commissions execution (e.g., Salesforce, Anaplan) and an analytical approach from possibly finance or GTM roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
Proven skills in people leadership, team building, guiding transformations, maintaining employee engagement, and developing team members, coupled with expertise in data analytics, model development, and the establishment of compliance controls.
Program management experience leading large, cross-functional teams is required.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $145,000 to $290,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
