We’re looking for a Senior Trade Manager to join our Sales team and lead how we plan, track, and execute trade at Graza. This person will build the systems and processes that help us invest smarter, move faster, and show up stronger in every retail channel. From TPM implementation to promo planning to ROI tracking, this role will take full ownership of the trade function and play a key role in driving our next stage of growth.
Role Purpose
This role is all about building and owning the trade function at Graza. You’ll lead the development of account-level and national trade programs, manage promotional calendars, and make sure our investments are working hard for us. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, and Marketing to ensure trade is aligned with our goals and executed cleanly in the market. You’ll also help us improve how we track, analyze, and optimize trade performance through better systems and smarter planning.
