Manager, Revenue Operations

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape a high-impact Revenue Operations team, driving operational excellence and strategic alignment across go-to-market functions. The Manager will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to deliver actionable insights, streamline processes, and enable scalable revenue growth. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring the ability to analyze data, design workflows, implement compensation plans, and optimize sales performance. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates are experienced leaders in revenue operations, capable of fostering a high-performing team while directly influencing business outcomes. You will have the opportunity to shape GTM strategy, enhance forecasting accuracy, and drive initiatives that maximize organizational efficiency and customer success.


Accountabilities:
  • Lead and manage the Revenue Operations function, ensuring alignment with business priorities and GTM strategy.
  • Oversee sales segmentation, territory design, and compensation plans in partnership with GTM and Finance leadership.
  • Drive revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI reporting with accuracy, transparency, and accountability.
  • Establish scalable workflows and operational processes to optimize sales productivity and cross-team collaboration.
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement strategic initiatives that enhance performance and support business growth.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive best practices, integrating insights to strengthen operations and decision-making.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture, mentoring and developing direct reports to drive measurable results.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, with demonstrated success in building and scaling teams.
  • Background in SaaS or technology industries, with experience in both scaling and mature organizations preferred.
  • Expertise in GTM strategy, revenue planning, operational execution, and process optimization.
  • Proven track record designing and implementing sales compensation structures and incentive programs.
  • Strong analytical, financial planning, and forecasting skills, ideally with experience in SaaS revenue models.
  • Effective communicator with coaching, change management, and alignment capabilities.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI-driven tools and data to inform strategy and operational efficiency.
  • Results-oriented, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement and team development.
