HR Specialist - Employee Engagement (Remote - India)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of CSI Pharmacy. We are currently looking for an HR Specialist - Employee Engagement in the United States.

We are seeking a proactive HR Specialist focused on employee engagement to join a dynamic, remote-friendly team. In this role, you will coordinate recognition programs, manage vendor partnerships, and drive initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. You will interact with employees across multiple departments, ensuring onboarding, retention, and recognition efforts are executed effectively. This position provides an opportunity to contribute to a supportive workplace culture, implement innovative engagement strategies, and play a key role in programs that foster employee satisfaction and connection.

Accountabilities

  • Conduct outreach calls with employees to support onboarding, retention, and engagement, documenting interactions accurately.
  • Manage employee recognition programs, including milestone awards, gifts, and anniversary uniform programs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee experience vendors, resolving issues and ensuring program consistency.
  • Analyze vendor performance and provide recommendations to improve program effectiveness.
  • Oversee employee engagement awards and recognition programs, including nominations, selections, and fulfillment.
  • Coordinate employee surveys, track responses, summarize findings, and follow up with leadership.
  • Support HR initiatives across multiple teams, helping expand and align programs with company standards.
  • Assist in developing internal communications and standardize HR communication templates.
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, employee engagement, or program coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience managing external vendors and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS and reporting tools.
  • Ability to contribute to a positive work culture and support employee-focused initiatives.
