Director, Publisher Sales (Remote - US)

This role offers the opportunity to lead and expand strategic publisher partnerships in a high-growth digital advertising environment. As Director, Publisher Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and developing innovative sales strategies. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment in communications and goals, managing complex sales cycles while maintaining a high-performing pipeline. Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the publisher network.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure partnerships with enterprise-level publishers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on client communications, product offerings, and sales objectives.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and performance KPIs while maintaining accurate account and opportunity plans.
  • Build, manage, and forecast a strong sales pipeline to ensure predictable growth.
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in publisher sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated experience working with technology platforms in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup or high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong experience managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about building meaningful client relationships.
