We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Client Success to lead and scale a high-performing client success function. In this role, you will drive product adoption, foster long-term client relationships, and ensure that client needs shape organizational priorities. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, support, and sales teams to implement scalable success frameworks, optimize client onboarding, and deliver measurable business impact. This role requires a combination of leadership, strategic vision, and a customer-focused mindset to elevate client experience and retention across the organization.
