In this role, you will act as the primary advocate for a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from their technology investments. You will guide clients through their post-sales journey, collaborating with internal teams to accelerate adoption, retention, and expansion. Your work will involve strategic relationship-building, project success oversight, and proactive engagement to mitigate risks while fostering customer satisfaction. The position combines account management, technical understanding, and communication skills to deliver a seamless experience.
