This role offers the opportunity to lead customer-focused marketing initiatives within a collaborative, cross-functional environment. The Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving product adoption, retention, and customer advocacy across a diverse client base. You will design and execute campaigns that engage users, foster loyalty, and transform satisfied customers into vocal advocates. Partnering closely with sales, product, and customer success teams, you will use insights from customer feedback and market trends to inform strategy. The position demands creativity, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to measuring campaign effectiveness while enhancing the overall customer experience. Your work will directly impact engagement, revenue growth, and long-term customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, in-app messaging, webinars, social media, and community forums to promote product features, best practices, and educational content.
  • Partner with customer success teams to identify, recruit, and nurture advocates, driving reviews, testimonials, and participation in community programs.
  • Transform customer stories into marketing assets such as case studies, video testimonials, and success stories that support new business and retention efforts.
  • Monitor customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive activities to inform marketing strategies and provide insights for product development.
  • Measure and report on the performance of customer marketing initiatives, including adoption rates, engagement metrics, advocacy participation, and revenue impact.
  • Develop, launch, and manage customer referral and loyalty programs, including establishing goals, KPIs, cross-functional coordination, and ongoing operations to maximize engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and promote customer-focused events, webinars, and workshops that drive attendance and participation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel customer marketing strategies.
  • Experience designing and managing campaigns to collect customer reviews and convert testimonials into advocacy content.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working effectively with Customer Success and Sales teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate product features into customer benefits.
  • Analytical skills to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing, including building campaigns and segmenting customer data.
