You will experiment, prototype, and implement automation workflows, leveraging modern tools, APIs, and large language models to unlock new marketing levers and scale operations efficiently. Operating in a high-autonomy, high-leverage environment, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance personalization, targeting, and campaign performance. Accountabilities

• Prototype, launch, and optimize AI-driven marketing workflows to improve speed, targeting, and personalization across channels.
• Automate repetitive marketing tasks, including campaign QA, performance reporting, and lead enrichment.
• Integrate growth infrastructure using APIs, webhooks, and LLMs to create scalable solutions.
• Act as an internal multiplier by sharing tools, playbooks, and best practices with the broader marketing and GTM teams.
• Collaborate with design, product, and data science teams to test, iterate, and refine marketing ideas that unlock new growth levers.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to enhance marketing effectiveness and ROI.

• Proven experience in growth marketing or marketing operations with a strong focus on experimentation and automation.
• Proficiency with AI tools, LLMs, no-code/low-code platforms, and marketing automation software (e.g., Zapier, Make, Tray, N8N).
• Experience with coding or scripting in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar languages; familiarity with tools like LangChain, Retool, Vercel, Notion, Airtable is a plus.
• Bias toward shipping prototypes over lengthy specifications; comfortable iterating quickly to deliver results.
• Strong product sense, design instincts, and analytical skills to inform decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with GTM systems such as HubSpot, Segment, Amplitude, and experience working with structured and unstructured data.

• Competitive base salary: $100,000 – $120,000 USD, depending on experience.
