This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact paid social campaigns for major enterprise clients in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will craft and execute innovative META strategies that drive client growth, transform complex data into actionable insights, and influence key stakeholders with compelling presentations. Working alongside a top-tier performance agency, you will tackle challenging optimizations and contribute directly to multi-million dollar accounts, shaping the success of category-defining brands.

Accountabilities

• Develop and execute high-performing paid social strategies on META platforms to consistently exceed client KPIs.
• Analyze complex data sets to generate insights that accelerate growth and inform campaign decisions.
• Present strategic recommendations confidently to clients and internal teams, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Solve challenging campaign optimization problems independently and creatively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media buying with creative and overall marketing objectives.

• Minimum 3 years of paid social experience managing large accounts with budgets exceeding $500k per month.
• Deep expertise in META media buying and platform tools.
• Advanced data analysis skills with strong spreadsheet mastery to turn data into actionable business insights.
• Proven ability to independently resolve complex campaign challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage executive-level clients.
