The Cloud Generation Specialist will serve as an essential driver of growth by connecting with potential IT partners and introducing them to a dynamic cloud platform. This entry-level role offers the chance to learn sales in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while making measurable business impact. You will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective partners, managing leads, and setting up meetings that contribute to business expansion. The position provides comprehensive training, mentorship, and exposure to sales operations, offering a clear pathway for career growth within the organization. Accountabilities:

  • Initiate contact with prospective IT partners through calls, emails, and social media, managing high-volume outreach.
  • Introduce the cloud platform to potential partners and set up meetings with the sales and cloud development teams.
  • Track and manage leads in Salesforce, ensuring accurate records and follow-ups.
  • Participate in sales training programs, role-playing, and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members and mentors to refine outreach strategies and improve performance.
  • Contribute to monthly growth targets by onboarding new partners and supporting their initial engagement.
  • Support internal reporting and provide feedback to enhance sales processes and tools.

  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and writing professional emails.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for professional outreach.

  • Base salary: $42,900 plus commissions with On Target Earnings (OTE) of $55,000.
  • Non-commissioned bonus plans or variable commissions.
