Responsibilities
- Communicate Warby Parker’s brand values and product story to customers
- Lead selling on the floor and provide thoughtful, honest style and product advice
- Manage front-of-house operations and conduct team touch-bases when a manager is absent
- Open and close the store and handle related cash/POS responsibilities
- Contribute to process ideation, improvement, and special retail projects
- Foster an inclusive, service-minded retail environment for customers and colleagues
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail supervisory or management experience (on-the-job)
