The Wealth Management Internal Sales Team is dedicated to delivering world-class consultative sales and relationship management support to financial advisors.
Internal Sales is dedicated to delivering premier value-add content and services in a consultative way to our advisors in the areas of investment, practice and wealth management.
The Summer Internal Sales Intern position is an excellent internship opportunity that offers an exciting and rewarding internship experience in financial services. The intern will participate in a training program that focuses on industry, product and Franklin Templeton’s Client Engagement methodology.

This is a unique opportunity for the next generation of professionals to get training and real-world experience working with a global asset manager. As a Sales Intern you will learn about our culture and portfolio of products. You will participate in fundamental training on multiple aspects of our firm and develop your own strategies to help us improve in the future. Throughout the internship, you will receive real-time performance feedback and mentoring, build business acumen, and build a network of business relationships. Additionally, the program features meetings and events with executive leaders for exposure and growth.

Compensation Range: This is a full-time internship where students will work approximately 37.5 hours per week and earn competitive hourly pay of $24-$28 USD per hour. Hourly pay rates are dependent upon location and function. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
