Talent Operations Coordinator / Administrator

Corelight is a fast-growing cybersecurity company built on open-source innovations that turns network telemetry into actionable threat insights. We're seeking a detail-oriented Talent Operations Coordinator to own recruiting operations, maintain ATS accuracy, support reporting, and deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new hires across a distributed organization.

Skills

  • Proficiency with Greenhouse or similar ATS
  • Comfort with Google Workspace and common collaboration tools
  • Experience with recruiting data reporting and dashboards
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion handling confidential information

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage high-volume interview workflows and keep processes moving promptly
  • Maintain and improve data integrity and workflows in Greenhouse (ATS)
  • Support recruiting reporting, refine dashboards, and provide accurate pipeline and hiring metrics
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies to improve recruiter and candidate experience
  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding tasks including pre-first-day communications, background checks, I-9 verification, sending welcome gifts, and HRIS setup
  • Collaborate with IT, People, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth onboarding and updates to internal systems

Education

  • BA or BS degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in recruiting, talent operations, or HR coordination
