Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage high-volume interview workflows and keep processes moving promptly
- Maintain and improve data integrity and workflows in Greenhouse (ATS)
- Support recruiting reporting, refine dashboards, and provide accurate pipeline and hiring metrics
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies to improve recruiter and candidate experience
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding tasks including pre-first-day communications, background checks, I-9 verification, sending welcome gifts, and HRIS setup
- Collaborate with IT, People, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth onboarding and updates to internal systems
Education
- BA or BS degree (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years experience in recruiting, talent operations, or HR coordination
