Head of Inside Sales

Corelight builds network-detection and response solutions that convert network telemetry into high-fidelity security insights. We are seeking a Head of Inside Sales to lead and scale the ISR organization, drive top-of-funnel growth, optimize processes and tools, and partner cross-functionally to deliver qualified pipeline for field sales.

Skills

  • Proven track record delivering qualified meetings and opportunities to enterprise sales teams
  • Ability to articulate value to C-level, VP, and technical buyers
  • Experience optimizing top-of-funnel motions, lead generation and pipeline development
  • Data-driven approach to iterating sales models and improving conversion metrics
  • Experience with sales enablement and CRM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, 6sense)

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the inside sales strategy to drive new customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Field Sales to align messaging, lead quality, and campaign execution.
  • Optimize sales processes, tooling (CRM, cadence platforms) and reporting to drive operational excellence.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and iterate on the ISR model.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop top ISR talent and design incentive programs that reward performance and progression.
  • Ensure alignment with broader GTM strategy and adapt ISR motions to evolving buyer behaviors and industry trends.
  • Foster a high-energy, inclusive culture emphasizing continuous improvement and adaptability.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
